My favorite time to shoot is the middle of the night. Its not the optimal time, but my favorite time. I believe I have said it before. There is something different about the night, the solitary silence of the darkness. It just makes more sense. It seems more normal. I have been studying the light in the darkness lately. How to find available light and work with the camera and lenses to capture the tiny details that make up this star filled sky from sun down to sun up. I feel inspired and renewed as the cool wind of the fall begins to blow. Sleep well on this quiet night.
